- L.A Con II (1984) - Bloch’s Toastmaster introductory remarks at L.A. Con II, the 42nd World Science Fiction Convention.
- How to Plan a Movie Murder (1964) – for the William Castle film Strait-Jacket, Bloch wrote a promotional trailer in which he, Joan Crawford, and William Castle appear.
- Battle-Axe: The Making of Strait-Jacket (2002) - a 14-minute documentary on the making of the Joan Crawford film. Bloch’s two brief appearances here are taken from the 1964 How to Plan a Movie Murder promo trailer (see above).
- The Couch (1962) – the Grant Williams starring film for which Bloch wrote the screenplay. Bloch’s appearance, which he has stated as being “Virtually unrecognizable in a night scene,” can be seen starting at 0:53, on the left side of screen, wearing glasses and smoking.
- The Horror of it All (1983) - a collection of film clips from horror films with interviews with actors, directors and writers involved. Originally broadcast on PBS in 1982. Bloch appears at 9:50 (audio precedes appearance), 26:44, 45:05, and 51:28.
- The Fantasy Film Worlds of George Pal (1986) - award-winning documentary about the Academy Award-winning filmmaker. With appearances from Bloch, Ray Bradbury, Charlton Heston, Jim Danforth, Tony Randall, Joe Dante, among many others. Bloch appears at 38:33.
- Hollywood Ghost Stories (1986) – documentary about various hauntings around Hollywood. Bloch appears at 48:50, speaking about the blurring between good and evil in films.
- Highlights from the 35th Anniversary Famous Monsters of Filmland World Convention (1993) – the title says it all. Includes Bloch, Ray Bradbury, Ray Harryhausen, Joe Dante, John Landis, among many others. Bloch appears at 1:22:20.
- Fear in the Dark (1991) – documentary narrated by Christopher Lee focusing on the history and appeal of the horror genre. Included are film footage and interviews with horror filmmakers and novelists. Bloch appears at 4:46, 8:17, 23:45, 30:47, and 37:04.
- The Vault of Horror (1992) - hosted horror movie show airing on BBC2 Halloween night 1992, looking at various horror films with commentary by guest film artists and writers. Bloch appears at 7:40, 12:47, 37:55, and 39:14.
- A-Z of Horror (1997) – Bloch appears (archival footage) discussing Psycho and Ed Gein as inspiration in the “A is for American Psycho” episode, aired Sep 13, 1997. (Most of Bloch's commentary is drowned out by the Spanish-speaking closed-captioned interpreter.)
- Spine Tingler! The William Castle Story (2007) - Chronicles the great American showman, filmmaker William Castle. Bloch’s appearance is archival footage, most likely taken from the 1964 How to Plan a Movie Murder promo for Strait-Jacket. No accessible video footage is available.
- Experiment in Nightmare (1964) - for the William Castle film The Night Walker, Bloch wrote a publicity tie-in in which he, William Castle, and hypnotist Pat Collins appear. No accessible video footage is available.
